About delivery

Will you call by phone upon delivery?


RedDotDot customer service will call our customers upon delivery to verify customer’s information, and our third-party logistics will only be providing delivery services.




What if I want to change the delivery address?


Once the order is placed, change of any information including the delivery address will not be permitted. Please call us at (852) 3181 4488 if you have any question regarding to the issue.




Can I ask someone else to receive the goods for me?


Yes, you may entrust others to receive the goods. However, RedDotDot and third party logistics will not be responsible for the risks or losses involved.




Do you ship worldwide?


Sorry, we provide delivery service in Hong Kong only.




Where do you deliver to?


RedDotDot delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and Tung Chung. Tung Chung must be delivered in accordance with the car price (every Monday, Wednesday or Friday) with no additional charge. If the goods are specified for delivery outside the planned delivery period, a shipping fee of HK $ 80 is required. There is no delivery service in Islands District, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, any control area and areas where trucks are prohibited from entering.




How much is the delivery fee?


Free shipping is available for purchases of HK$500 or above (including dry and discounted and deducted electronic coupon). If the purchase is less than HK$500, an additional delivery fee of HK$80 shall apply.




Is delivery service avaliable on Sunday and public holidays?


Sorry, delivery service is not available on Sunday and public holidays. Our delivery service is available only from Monday to Saturday.




What if I have special delivery requests?


For special delivery requests, including rush delivery, should be made by phone at (852) 3181 4488.

What methods of payment do you accept?


We accept all major credit cards payment through PayPal.




How do I return an item to you?


If the goods are damaged or damaged during delivery, please contact us at reddotdot@kampery.com.hk or by phone (852) 3181 4488.




Can I amend my order after I have paid for it?


Yes. Please email us at reddotdot@kampery.com.hk or call (852) 3181 4488at least 48 hours in advance before your scheduled delivery.

Do you provide free delivery to my venue?


Yes, we do as long as your order meets the minimum spend of HK$1,000. We will deliver the wines to your event venue 2-3 working days before the event date. Please provide the following information in the delivery remarks section at checkout so that we can arrange the delivery with your venue operator: Names of bridal couple / Company as registered with the venue Name of venue including ballroom if applicable Event Date Name and contact number of venue coordinator
